    2. There's only one word to describe this short: Aww (ok, so maybe it's not a word, but it sums it up well, ok ? )I want to hug it, kiss it and squeeze it to death. I just wish it was longer, I really didn't want it to end.

    3. Another Yummy ReadWell I certainly felt dumb reading one of Moxie's books and realizing I had missed the first 6 before that! I'm so glad I came back and read this prequel to the series, it only makes me love the Rochon's more. I devoured this one quickly, looking forward to reading the next. ❤

    6. Short story about the cute meet of a shifter couple. It's really cute and well written. But it leaves a few points unanswered. The author put so much emphasis on the heroine wanting to be an independent woman later on in live and not live in the woods. But by the end of this short story, this has been completely forgotten and they lived HEA. It doesn't seem right that I need to read the books about her sons to find out if she ever made it or if she became a house wife.

    8. Overall Rating: 4 Rockin’ ★★★★If you have read Moxie North's first books in the PNW Bears series, you may have wondered where did it all begin. In Ms. North's Be My Bear we learn about Moma and Poppa Rochon's first meeting and how they fell in love. This is Connie and Edward Rochon's story of how they found their true mate and established a bear family dynasty. Connie White is a city bear and the beloved daughter of a wealthy family. She likes her lifestyle and has plans for college. N [...]

    9. Reviewed at Haunted BookshelfWe’ve come to know Connie and Edward Rochon as the parents of some of the hottest bear shifters around. Aunt and Uncle to some strapping fine men. As well as in-laws to some amazing women. Through their extended family they call bears, humans and cougars their own – along with some adorable grandkids. As children we don’t think too much about how our parents became well, mom and dad. They simply always were – but every couple has a beginning. That moment when [...]

    10. Yours Forever!!!Constance Elizabeth White or Connie has she liked to be called wasn't to keen to attend the annual bear shifters gathering. She wasn't looking for a mate but her parents wanted her to mingle so she did to please them. Life has a way of giving you the things you need and not what you want. Connie wasn't trying to be a snob, she just wanted to be left alone. That was until she found herself in a dangerous situation and met a fellow bear shifter by the name of Edward Rochon.Edward Ro [...]

    11. Beautiful start to awesome series!Connie and her family are on the way to the annual bears gathering. She's not looking forward to it. She had different goals in mind for her life which didn't include being a housewife with a bunch of kids. She did decide to participate in The Run. Unfortunately she attracts the attention of some creepy bear. Edward comes upon a bear trying to force a female. He knows from smells that it's his mate. I really enjoyed this wonderful beginning to the PNW Bears seri [...]

    12. Not the bestEasy story . Definitely one dimensional . I didn't really care about Connie . She was definitely way too young to get mated . She was still in high school. But she was 18 years . I skipped the sexy parts because they were boring. And I have a hard time reading about sex when they just met each other the same day. That makes it a very uncomfortable reading because you have no investment in the story or the relationship at all.

    13. Maybe I'm just a prude?Cute story and I like reading Moxie's books. But couldn't you have at least made her a high school graduate? Yeah, she's 18. I still don't think kids in high school should be having sex. And here the parents are driving them all up there for that reason! I should have read the story info instead of just buying Moxie's book.

    14. This was a good book and had a lot crammed into it. It does get me interested in reading more in the series but it also leaves me kinda hangin' and wondering what happened with the Clay 'situation'. Good fast read and great for anytime, especially a waiting room. Interesting with good characters and a little depth that help them become more real. Great starter read and ready for more.

    19. I love how Moxie North goes back in time to tell the story of how the parents of Cage, Wyatt, and Connor Rochon met and fell in love. of course in true Moxie style she had to add some action to the courtship of sorts. Must Read to appreciate.
